In Campus tour you will get to see Srila Prabhupada’s Samadhi & 24 hour Bhajan Kutir, Mayapur Chandrodaya Mandir, Campus gardens and Goshala. This is one of the most essential tours for a new visitor.
Srila Prabhupada’s Samadhi: A larger than life size brass murti of Srila Prabhupada is installed and worshipped here. Upstairs, inside the Samadhi, there’s a museum with large diorama displays depicting Srila Prabhupada’s life and struggles to establish ISKCON.
Srila Prabhupada’s 24 hour Bhajan kutir: It is a straw hut where Srila Prabhupada stayed from 1972 to 1976. 24 hour kirtana takes place here following Srila Prabhupada’s instruction that there be continous chanting of the holy name in the dhama.
Mayapur Chandrodaya Mandir: The temple has Deities of Sri Sri Radha Madhava, Sri Sri Panca Tattva and Sri Sri Nrsimhadev.
Campus gardens: These include the gardens in Samadhi mandir and those behind Main Temple.
Goshala: ISKCON’s goshala at Mayapur is a happy home for more than 200 cows, bulls and calves. In the goshala, you can feed cows and render other sevas such as go daan, go puja.
